So...today I went to go see "Toy Story 3." Now, let me start off by saying that if you knew me as a very small child, you would know how...monumental this is. I used to watch "Toy Story" over and over again. I cried for a whole day when I lost my Woody doll's hat at the Farmer's Market. I dressed up as Jessie the Cowgirl for Halloween, and waited for months until I had my own Jessie doll. So, this was a big deal.
It...did not end well.
At the end of the movie I was sobbing. And, this is not an exageration AT ALL. My friend Madeline was quite concerned for me. When I dropped her off at home, her mother asked how the movie was and I broke into fresh sobs. I came home and tore apart my basement in an attempt to find my Woody and Jessie dolls.
I was a bit concerned for myself. Although, it was a great movie, the ending was so heartwrenching that I don't know that I will ever be able to like it. I'm sorry, Fans of the Movie.
I am currently baking a pizza. Let's hope I don't forget it in the oven.
Current Favorite Song= "The Blower's Daughter" by Damien Rice.
My music tastes change often, but lately I'm loving "Coffee Shop" sounding songs, Broadway (naturally), and a lot of movie soundtracks. Suggestions always appreciated.
